I'm sure that this 'Top Goldman Trader' has a lot of knowledge. But here he is wrong. Weekends - especially Sundays - are for seeking our Lord and pleading with Him for mercy. Jesus said 2,000 years ago - and it is just as true today:
"For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? - Matthew 16:26
